Our programs empower families, not just with resources, but with a sense of belonging and hope for what’s possible.At the heart of my leadership is a belief in people—their potential, their ideas, and their resilience. I strive to create an environment where my team feels empowered to innovate, collaborate, and bring their best selves to the table. Together, we design programs that not only meet the immediate needs of our community but also inspire growth and transformation.I also serve as the volunteer President of OutPlay, where I work to promote inclusivity in sports for marginalized groups, because I believe that everyone deserves a chance to participate, to belong, and to shine.I bring both a strategic mindset and a heartfelt commitment to making a difference. My journey is driven by the belief that when we work together with purpose and passion, we can create lasting change in the lives of those we serve.
