Matthew Hall is the Chief Information Monalytic, a SolarWinds Company. SolarWinds is one of the largest monitoring and management software companies in the world with over 300,000 customers. Monalytic acts as the professional services arm of SolarWinds, providing services to federal, state and local government as well as key enterprise clients. Matthew was a founder of Monalytic and has been with the company since its inception. Matt was responsible for formation of the consulting and engineering teams, developing the professional services practice from the ground up. Matt is responsible for design and deployment of internal information systems to include security and compliance of government involved program operations. He has helped guide the product focus, customer relations and direction of the company throughout its inception to acquisition and beyond.Prior to founding Monalytic, building his long career as a high level technical consultant to the DOD and other Fortune 500 customers, Matt cofounded Atlantic Digital, Inc. This professional services and staffing company provides expertise to both federal customers and the defense industry base throughout the world. Matt’s duties throughout his tenure involved a wide range of business units and responsibilities to including customer acquisition, marketing, product development, team building, security and compliance programs. Matt worked closely with customers at all levels, from assisting in large, complex solution design and engineering to providing long term strategic guidance to senior executives and board members consultant (virtual CIO). Matt served as a constant presence within the organization as CIO and Senior Vice President until his departure for Monalytic, but remains on the board of directors where he continues to provide guidance.Matt has been deeply involved with the Defense Industry Base community for years, specifically in regards to data security compliance efforts such as DFARS 252.204-7012 and the upcoming CMMC 2.0. Matt works with industry experts to develop and provide reasonable, productive guidance to senior executives and board members in areas such as company culture, technological evolution and governance with a goal to leverage compliance into a competitive market advantage.
