In this role, I manage customer engagement and the operations of Astor's fisheries projects. I also support Federal contracting partners, work in a project manager capacity on NOAA Fisheries task orders, advise partners on business development pursuits, and work with partner employees on work performance and meeting deliverables.

In this role, I managed and maintained structural uniformity across OAI's fisheries contracts and locations. I also contributed to strategic planning and business and employee development.

I contributed to OAI's West Coast operations by supporting employees, managing contracts, and conducting new and prospective employee outreach.

Act as the lead contract biologist on two NMFS salmonid studies in the Columbia River estuary. The primary study estimated survival and migration timing of juveniles through the hydryosystem to assess inter-annual variation between stocks, species, and treatments (transported versus inriver migrating). The other study estimated similar metrics for returning adults from the estuary to upstream dams. This work utilized PIT tag technology to establish migration behavior and to determine presence/absence. My primary responsibilities included coordinating field operations, seasonal personnel, data analysis, report writing, permitting, and antenna development.

Acted as the junior contract biologist on the two NMFS studies described above.
