Work with customers to understand their networks as well as they do on their own to understand their pain points and internal struggles to resolving them. Develop comprehensive solutions to problems valuing the customer and their struggles. Work with field engineers on through planning, management and executive teams explaining the designs and solutions to ease concerns and garner support at all levels for the project. Transition from pre- to post sales looking further into the network for additional opportunities and excellence.

Complete system engineering mastery, this position is the first and last stop in resolving any problem or issue. This position includes lab testing and lab trials of all equipment for all customers Tier 1- Tier 4, taking any issues found in lab testing, field environments, or while supporting the technical assistance organizations and working with hardware, software, planning and product development teams for resolution. Responsibilities also include reviewing and coordinating with technical documentation groups, training, and Sales teams to support the technical aspect of the product from cradle to grave. Travel at a moments notice not returning until the job is done and the issues are resolved.
