Failure to meet schedule/implement project would have resulted in plant shut-down -Identified and arranged for alternative low cost provider of condensate trailers, potential to save plant >$250M/yr (awaiting process conditions to be improved before implementation)-Managed project to replace vent gas flare tip online-Created distribution P&IDs for all pipelines to/from plant-Installed new coating on furnace coils and implemented method to test functionality (to increase furnace coil life and decrease coking)-Supported project gulfstream by serving on various implementation teams as plant representative (Flare, condensate, industrial gases, C4, HCL/Caustic, Wet Air Oxidation Teams)-Led plant EH&S team, active member on global process chemistry team and furnace technology team-Obtained Six Sigma GBPL certification-Trained and mentored new improvement engineers as they joined plant
