I approach every day and every challenge as an opportunity to improve and grow. I love solving issues and creating a comfortable and satisfying experience for as many individuals as possible whether they be a customer, an employee, or my employer. I spent 5 years at Whiting's Foods on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and the majority of that as a Store Servicer and Area Supervisor. My responsibilities included training and supervising dozens of employees in just as many locations. I kept track of inventory, staffing, product quality, and enforced company standards and policies. I learned how to resolve customer complaints and employee issues, and greatly developed my time management skills and work ethic. My desire and ability to learn quickly and communicate with my team efficiently greatly aided me in the fast-paced environment of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.Alongside increasing my work experience and expanding my skill-set, I will be furthering my education through both formal institutions and informal learning through online courses, research, and practice. I have an A.S in Business Administration and I intend to pursue a bachelors soon. I desire to master the arts of business management and customer service.
