Founder and President; 24 years of experience in commercial, retail, restaurant and design / build construction. In his career, Matt has managed or constructed various project types and sizes. Since 2006, he has overseen construction and operations for the GEN-CON Group. Specializing in client consultation for design/build projects and value engineering, he monitors the project planning, scheduling, budgets, and construction process. Matt manages all project delivery teams and oversight of field operations to maintain efficiency and to effectively deliver services to GEN-CON clients. Matt leads the company’s business development efforts; targeting both a national and regional client base; successfully expanding the company growth from a small local general construction firm to now offering its clients national construction services.
