Served as the liaison between Aquatic Field Ecologists and Aquatic Temporary Field Technicians and assisted in their training, hiring and day to day management.Supported external research by taking on the management of one the aquatic NEON Research Support Services protocols.Regularly performed data QA/QC for Surface water chemistry protocols, discharge measurements and reaeration, and uploaded the data to the SOM after QA/QC.Assisted with AIS daily remote monitoring of aquatic sensors and ServiceNow ticket writing and commenting to report the troubleshooting steps taken and work completed on AIS tickets.
