I am responsible for ensuring the successful renting of residential units at Wembley Park, My duties include leading tours of the properties, responding promptly to potential tenant inquiries, creating and contacting new leads, building quotes, and closing the deal ensuring the customers have an outstanding journey throughout.

I worked at The White Horse throughout my second and third year at University for a more affordable living. Working alongside University promotes my work ethic and dedication in striving towards success. Due to this restaurant being located next-door to Wembley stadium we had extremely busy event days, despite the long queues I wasn't phased by this; I work well under pressure with time constraints and am skilful at multitasking.

I was offered an opportunity to run Wembley FC’s social media accounts across a two month period whilst in my third year at University.I created a charity post, where the ticket sales went to children in need. This post managed to up the attendance by over 260% on the charity day, also raising £340.Good time management was required within this role, with team news, and new fixtures every week a story always needed to be created ahead of each game and after, predominantly using PremierePro & Adobe Photoshop for graphics.I also created a radio style match report for the team to get fans more engaged and players more motivated, in doing so more fans were tuning in and overly intrigued for upcoming fixtures.

I set up my first business at the age of 17, I already knew landscaping and saw a further opportunity, one in which I was excited for the independence and thrill of building a business up by myself. I started small creating business cards, handing them out around Reading. As time went on I had three part-time employees, completing 45 square feet jobs worth £800. Most of my clients were obtained through my five star reviews on Facebook where I was recognised for: motivation, hard working, enthusiastic, attention to detail and going above and beyond.
