With a robust background both as an owner-operator and as an employee in the industry, I bring a unique perspective along with expertise and practical experience from working in a variety of roles and leading many value-creating projects.My journey began growing up on a farm, surrounded by an entrepreneurial family. I grew up to believe in conscious capitalism, as I saw the difference that capital can make to provide opportunities where none existed and its vast role and potential to improve the lives of others. Throughout my career, I have leveraged data and taken on multiple projects that have blended responsible capital and risk management all geared to having a positive effect on customers, industry, Canada, and to a degree, the world.I thrive on challenges and am always seeking opportunities to innovate, remove obstacles, and create positive and tangible results.
