Hello, I’m Matt; an award-winning Architect with a penchant for design and a broad range of experience across many sectors from inception through to completion.I believe that complex problems can give rise to great opportunities, and it is our job as Architect’s to uncover and realise these situations for the benefit of both our Clients and of place-making.For me, great spaces often materialises when we are able to establish & recognise the spirit of a project as early on in the process as possible, and in-turn, energise our teams/disciplines to uphold this essence to create deliberate, purposeful environments that are beautifully crafted.As a prominent shareholder working in a large AJ100 firm for several years, my career path has been shaped by exposure across an array of cross-sector projects of varying complexities and scales which has allowed me to view new schemes with a broader appreciation. Notable completed projects include; the highly acclaimed World Architecture Festival finalist ‘Three Rivers Academy’ using Level 2 BIM; ‘The Spark’ a bespoke flagship teaching building for Southampton Solent University; ‘The Altlas Building’ mixed-use 40 storey tower in central London and ‘Millbank & Ergon House’ luxury development on the North bank of the Thames.Outside of the office I lead a healthy + active lifestyle and am a self-proclaimed sports fanatic.
