Leading and managing key initiatives for the Data Science team within the UL Standards & Engagement organization. Current programs include the Thermal Runaway Incident Program (TRIP), an ongoing collaboration with the airline industry on Lithium battery safety. Also serving as data Subject Matter Expert on the Lithium Battery Safety Advisory Committee, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

Responsible for identifying strategic investment opportunities and directing venture projects with early stage startups (Seed through Series B) within the Smart Cities, autonomous systems and sensor markets. Partnered with the Smart Cities Council in establishing the Urban Mobility Task Force. Task Force focused on preparing cities to successfully implement technologies that reduce congestion, reduce costs, reduce carbon, and expand and integrate transportation services.

Developed and launched multifaceted training, communication, marketing and media relations programs for startup Additive Manufacturing education, certification and testing business within global safety science leader.

Directed organizational change management, communications and training efforts in support of $54 million global ERP program. Introduced new technology platform (Oracle R12) and related processes across five business units, 28 countries and over 3,100 colleagues within a two year window. Date driven business transformation program delivered on time, on scope, on value and on budget.

Developed new role as the primary liaison between UL's Commercial business and the Technology division. Directed IT strategy in support of global business initiatives and related goals. Led organizational change management and communications supporting enterprise-wide move from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook. The program was recognized as the most successful business technology change initiative at UL and by Microsoft as a best-in-class implementation.

Directed global Web strategy, design, development and optimization for leading safety certification and testing organization. Responsible for aligning internal and external Web presence with business goals, branding & marketing initiatives, and customer needs. Led end-to-end rebuild of global Web presence; from strategy and architecture to technology and brand presentation. Managed internal development teams, numerous consultant teams, and influenced all levels of the organization, including counterparts in Europe, Asia, Canada and South America. Initiative delivered on time, on scope, on value and on budget.

Led interactive marketing strategy development and execution for leading commercial insurance and risk management services provider. Consulted with corporate and business unit senior management in defining e-business strategies that supported core business strategies while achieving profit center goals. Actively managed up to 6 consultants; maintained direct and indirect influence over 40+ staff, managers and senior executives across business units and corporate departments.

Consulted and executed e-business solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Supervised $3 million of business. Managed complex, multi-project, multi-location engagements while gaining and leveraging industry best practices and models. Accounts included Discover Card, GE Medical Systems, Allstate Insurance, Compuware.

Within AL&T, directed client creative and marketing strategies for the boutique agency. Transitioned to Two Way Communications, AL&T's start-up interactive marketing services firm, to develop and lead account services team. Accounts included Platinum Technology, Home Access Health, Discover Card, Compuware, Microsoft, Garden.com.

Accounts included Walt Disney World, EuroDisney (Disneyland Paris), and General Mills Restaurants.
