Led a team of three professionals in organizing, preparing, executing, and evaluating all major organizational events, including the annual two-day Partners Summit (led a five-person manager-level team) attended by over 100 international key leaders in the water sector.Managed the budget for the Partners Summit (reducing hard costs by 50% and reducing company staff time by 20% from 2022) and reorganized all event budgets for up-to-the-minute reporting to senior leadership and efficient budget tracking from year-to-year.Managed and directed a core project team of five persons, in cooperation with multiple departments and executive leadership, to update the corporate Tour Space with the goal of increased guest interaction with Water Mission by the end of the tour.Created a divisional Mail Operations Center and online Marketplace to allow all staff to easily identify and purchase organizational promotional products with a goal to streamline department shipping operations and to reduce dead inventory.

Led a team of multiple organizational leaders in the successful development and touring of a $4 million, 25,000 sq. ft. outdoor traveling exhibition housed in three double-expandable tractor trailers across nine cities in 2021.Managed the logistics and operations for the tour, inclusive of set-ups and teardowns at each location, and five full-time and up to fifteen temporary city staff.Researched and engaged vendors in each city to provide needed resources and services for the traveling exhibit such as housing for full-time staff, transport and set-up of the trailers in each city, heavy equipment, repair for the trailers and internal systems, and A/V support.Oversaw and managed the $1.5 million exhibit budget.Provided guidance and led teams to create more efficient processes and improvements on all exhibitionattractions, leading to a 33% reduction in time for install and 50% reduction in time for tear-down resulting in dramatic cost savings for each stop of the tour.

Created and managed a 30,000 sq. ft. warehousing (over two warehouses) operation in Oklahoma City for the storage of all exhibition materials (and led a project for the reduction of most exhibition materials in 2020) and for the $5 million inventory of Retail and eCommerce items:Created the distribution system of items for eCommerce and the shipment plans from Oklahoma City tothe Museum in Washington, D.CDirected two full-time staff in the OKC Shipping and Logistics departmentLed the development of a location mapping system to ensure accurate item location in the warehouse.Project managed the operations and logistics associated with domestic exhibits and special projects. Prepared all documentation for international shipping of exhibit fixtures and supplies. Planned and managed logistics of all shipments from Oklahoma City to/from the Museum location in Washington DC. Managed all retail and exhibition inventory and was responsible for successful yearly audits of over 3,000 SKUs of Retail inventory. Managed development of all utilized mail systems and associated vendor agreements. Partnered in developing an e-commerce platform and set up appropriate operations to ensure successful shipping of all orders.

Project managed all domestic and international traveling exhibits. Prepared and executed logistics plans for traveling exhibits. Prepared all Customs and additional required shipping documentation to ensure smooth arrival of all materials on-time. Traveled to manage the set-up of all exhibitions including exhibits in Buenos Aires, Jerusalem, and the Vatican. Created and managed the warehouse and inventory movement of all Passages traveling exhibition materials upon closure of the traveling exhibit. Led teams in the preparation, logistics, set-up, and tear-down of the Museum Reveal Event in the Oklahoma City warehouse. Provided consultancy with all Audio/Visual set-up and operations for Traveling Exhibits.

Managed the operations of a multi-million dollar, 35,000 sq. ft. traveling museum during a three year tour from 2011 through 2014. Responsible for the continued operation of the many different audio, visual, lighting, and animatronic elements of the exhibit. Plan and execute the set-up, transportation, and tear-down of the exhibit. Coordinate the creation of the technical operations manual. Review inventory and order consumable items when necessary. Optimized logistics to decrease the number of trailers (from 40 down to 35 trailers) and personnel timefor each exhibit transit.Created efficient install (maximum of six weeks) and de-install (maximum of two weeks) schedules toreduce time for curators and specialized vendors to be on-site which resulted in significant savings foreach city.Hired, prepared, trained, and coached between 20-60 exhibit staff, in each city, to ensure the best guest experience. Resolve personnel challenges and issues. Ran the A/V production and was the pre-host for the Speakers Series, inviting 100 guests each week to afree lecture given by a different biblical scholarCreated and administered the guest survey. Input data from the surveys and determined appropriate remedies to improve guest experiences.Recorded and provided the voice for the Narration Guide on the Audio Tour iPods. Coordinate all technical elements of the Passages Speaker Series live lectures (including running sound and filming) and the creation of the Speaker Series DVD set.

Project managed four concurrent sites for “ICE!” at the Gaylord Hotels, a walkthrough attraction created out of ice and carved by Chinese ice artisans.Provided on-site leadership for the 40 Chinese ice artisans, exhibit construction team, and ISA team members for “ICE!” at the Gaylord Texan, welcoming over 300,000 guests over six weeks each year. Responsibilities included planning and executing the housing and transportation plans for all artisans, heavy equipment rentals, the construction of the exhibit, logistics of ice deliveries, maintenance of all equipment and ice elements, and strike of the ice elements.Prepared and executed on all ISA show production contracts and logistics for ISA produced acrobatic shows and projects including visa preparation with US-based immigration attorney and US Consulate communications, travel, lodging, freight import and export, creation and review of all show contracts, and independent contractor contracts.Traveled to manage the install and packing of shows and projects.

Coordinated all department shipping and receiving including, mass mailings to branch offices, shipments of designer completed projects, and photo shoot items.Maintained the stock of company product literature.Managed all company-related specialty items and ensuring timely delivery of all items to appropriate destinations.Assisted photographer in setting scenes for product shots and other department personnel in project tasks.Served as courier for documents and other company business to companies in the Carthage and Joplin areas.
