An interim role after relocating to the UK. Led the brand, marketing and communications mix for Eddie Bauer in Europe during global rebrand.

Responsible for:- Brand and Communications for Trail and Alpine Categories- Partnering in campaign conceptualisation and planning in EMEA- Bringing Global campaigns to an EMEA audience- Owning and driving GTM process on key campaigns- Collaborating with regional marketing teams on local activation of campaigns and community moments- Full management and development of Patagonia's EMEA Ambassador Program across our seven core sports.- Building impact networks and community engagement around issues true to Patagonia's Mission Statement- Media partnerships

Alongside my full-time role at 328, I oversaw media and press operations for the GKA Kite World Tour - the official kitesurfing World Tour as ratified by World Sailing. At the time, the tour ran 12 events around the world and since joining the tour my role has included everything from coordinating the workflow of a team of videographers, photographers and press to directing the live streaming of events. Additional responsibilities include liaising with local press in host locations / countries, generating press copy for magazines and industry contacts, dispatching news cuts for European TV networks and overseeing social media coverage of events

Co-editor position at a core sport print magazine - the longest-running international magazine within the sector.Heavily involved in all aspects of the production of six issues a year in print and in digital as well as two sports-specific travel and product-related supplements. Alongside work on the print magazine, I ran the social media channels and web content creation, publishing daily content for the largest combined social media following of any magazine in the sport

Real Fitness began as a small strength and conditioning gym in a 1200 square ft industrial unit on the outskirts of Alnwick. Now, it's the biggest strength and conditioning gym in the county of Northumberland, with a strong social commitment to the wider community, and centrally located in the town. I'm no longer directly involved in day to day running of the business, but retain an active role and responsibility for all of the company's marketing, social media and community management.
