University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh graduate in December 2019. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management with Certificates in Insurance and Risk Management and Human Resources. In addition to being a very successful student I was the former Vice President of the Men's Club Volleyball Program at Oshkosh. Being the Vice President of this program and an outstanding student is representative of my excellent time management skills.Currently in my role at Chenequa Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional. Where I have played a pivotal role in various aspects of club operations: organizing club events, managing junior golf programs, and boosting sales through club fitting and lessons. Contributing to staff development, facilitating seamless departmental collaboration, managing club repair, and maintaining a commitment to excellence across all responsibilities have defined my dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for our members.I was previously employed at Guardian Life Insurance in their Appleton office. My role at Guardian is in the Talent Management sector of Human Resources. I am involved with performance management as well as the project owner of the quarterly employee recognition program. In addition I am the leader of the summer internship program for Guardian.
