I am a Partner and Director for Jim Allen & Associates Pty Ltd, which focusses on client-side Project Management and Superintendency services in Adelaide, South Australia.I bring a wealth of experience from my careers in the Army, the construction industry and project management consultancies over the past 17 years. I enjoy client-side project management because of the unique challenges and leadership required to successfully deliver projects for our clients.
