As the Head of Communications for the Central Investment Bank, Markets Technology, GICB and Post Trade Technology I am responsible for pioneering a global communications function. I was responsible for the delivery of internal and external communications on the changes to LIBOR, the biggest issue to impact the UK financial market in a generation. Key Achievements:• Delivered communications strategy, content and expertise on the transition from LIBOR, worth an estimated $23 Trillion. • Advised C-Suite executives on communications approach and tactics. • Led a team of policy experts to deliver accurate communications to the UK Financial Market.

I was responsible for the delivery of industry leading internal and external Brexit communications to help ensure the UK Financial market was prepared for the EU Withdrawal.Key Achievements:• Provided business partnering, coaching and communications expertise for senior Executive Directors. • Created and delivered a strategic internal and external omnichannel communications including online advertising, events, video, press briefings and social media. • Managed Government and Industry Stakeholders to ensure partnership in communications.

I was responsible for crisis during the Coronavirus pandemic.
