Responsible for the identification and resolution of inefficiencies across all areas of the business. Working closely with internal management, senior customers and suppliers, I negotiated requirements and led a number of projects to deliver these. My role also involved undertaking scheduled and ad hoc audits and project assurance reviews.

Responsible for the design, production and delivery of all contractual reports for two out of our three major customers. I undertook service reviews with senior customer representatives and supported Customer Service Managers in the resolution of customer queries and complaints.
