Uk Responsibilities • Manage pre-race preparations for the logistics of the race, including container restocking, Yacht branding, Medical resupplies, Chart corrections, Yacht maintenance• Organize clothing stock management and distribution to over 700 crew members in the buildup and during the Clipper Race• Participate in the watch system to provide 24/7 cover to the yachts while racing.• Participate in the selections of future race skippers in the build up to the Clipper Race.Overseas Responsibilities During the Race• Manage and build all of the in-port race village branding • Manage the set-up for all of the corporate and sponsor sailing during the stopovers• Participate with all berthing requirements during the stopover, main Rib driver for the fleet to assist with the yachts berthing and media requirements • Driving duties while in the specific country • Assist with the race administrations – Immigration/customs/incident reporting/victualing• General assistance to the maintenance team – gas bottles/delivering spares/sail repair.

• Marketing and promoting properties for sale• Negotiating with perspective buyers• Overseeing sale from inception to completion• Liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents• Assisting in the letting side of the company• Vetting prospective tenants (reference and credit checks)• Ensuring that all properties meet the legal health and safety requirements• Associated dispute resolution where applicable

• Taking berthing enquiries together with reception duties• Assisting Sales Team in relation to selling and renting of berths• Promoting the business at local shows such as the Southampton Boat Show• Assisting the Dock Master in looking after all boats that are in the marina• General maintenance and upkeep of all site facilities• Launching and lifting of boats using the boat hoist from the dry stack facility

• In charge of the upkeep of all kayaks and rescue boats within the Wharf• Assisting in general maintenance and upkeep of all areas within the premises
