After building the largest and most successful residential window cleaning company in New England, I branched off from Fish Window Cleaning to begin PIERCE Property Solutions in June of 2013.I saw a vast opportunity in the commercial real estate market for waterproofing, restoration, and window cleaning. Our mission from the outset has always been to provide complete solutions to restore, maintain, and protect our clients' properties. We don't just take dirt off the glass or the façade; we partner with our clients to help them maximize the value of their properties. I personally feel it is my obligation and responsibility to use our skills to help our clients plan for the entire lifecycle of every building we work on.Our technicians have years of experience and are trained to assess the existing condition of the building every time they are on the façade during a maintenance visit. We then provide our clients with objective information about their building so they can plan for the next steps in waterproofing and/or restoration.I have built an incredible team of technicians who have been with me since my days at Fish Window Cleaning. Along the way, I have also brought on industry experts to enhance our technicians' knowledge and to also share this knowledge with our clients. Our Waterproofing Division and Garage Divisions are both led by experts with a tremendous amount of hands-on experience and education.When I first started in the industry, I cleaned a lot of windows. I learned what it takes to build a business from the ground up. I have built a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable resource for building owners and managers through my involvement in several industry associations, relationships with leading manufacturing reps, and by delivering quality results to the biggest real estate firms in New England.My relationships with my clients are what drive me to continue to improve the work that we do and the way that we do it.
