As the CEO of AIAG, I lead the organization’s mission to tackle the automotive industry’s most critical challenges in quality, supply chain efficiency, and corporate responsibility. By fostering collaboration among the brightest minds in the industry, AIAG develops innovative solutions and best-in-class standards that promote excellence and sustainability across the sector.With decades of leadership experience in the automotive industry, I bring a deep expertise spanning supply chain management, supplier quality, manufacturing, production control, distribution, aftermarket, purchasing, sales and marketing, reverse logistics, customs, and last-mile delivery. This diverse background in addition to being an Expat in England, Switzerland and Luxembourg positions him to address the evolving demands of the global automotive and mobility sectors.I have held senior executive roles at leading multinational organizations, including Federal-Mogul, Delphi Corporation, Tenneco, and WABCO/ZF Group. At Delphi, he served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management and later as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain in Luxembourg, spearheading transformative initiatives that optimized operations and fueled growth.Now in my third year at AIAG, I am driving a transformative vision for the 42-year-old nonprofit, focusing on speed, relevance, and accountability to better serve the industry. As an advocate for professional leadership and industry advancement, I also serve on the Board of Directors for the International Automotive Oversight Bureau (IAOB), reinforcing this commitment to shaping the future of automotive and mobility innovation. In addition, I serve on the local Board for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Great Lakes Roundtable. Previously, I served on the Board of Directors for AIAG and for the Motor & Equipment Remanufacturers Association (MERA).
