Project Manager overseeing all aspects of production and logistics for a range of events and set builds

We love this is a creative-led experiential agency who provide end to end project management for some brilliant clients including; NewBalance, LastMinute.com, Unilever, Taylors of Harrogate & Oppo.As a production manager my key roles were:• Overseeing multiple projects from concept to build, installation, live management and de-rig.• Budget creation, management and delivery.• Client liaison pre and post-event.• Purchasing for build and effective workshop management.• Logistics and venue management.• Completion of Risk Assessment and Method Statements.

Working in exhibitor services at Freeman EMEA on my placement year at university was an eye-opening experience that helped develop my love for working in the events industry.My key roles included: • Liaising with shell scheme customers to ensure they received the products and services they• needed at events.• Dealing with complaints, issues and queries from customers over email and phone.• Invoicing orders from customers using specialist software.• Spotting discrepancies amongst thousands of orders.• Selling products and services to appropriate customers.
