Working within the UK Service Delivery team, alongside the Public, Global and Corporate Account sales organisations.The primary objective of the role is to manage complex, high profile customer escalations, to a successful resolution, in a timely manner, completing full Root Cause Analysis and Close Loop Corrective Actions.Key responsibilities included:• Responding to incident requests from both internal and external customers.• Assessment and complete ownership of technical issues, determining required resources, solutions, root cause and corrective actions. • Timely communications to both the customer and within Dell, often at Director/GM Level.• Post incident review meetings, with both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities included:• Ownership of the overall service relationship between the client and Dell.• Development of bespoke service solutions.• Assessment of complex technical and overall service issues, determining root cause and solutions.• Carrying out regular service review meetings often at a senior level.• New product introductions and product roadmap briefings.• Management of complex projects.• Acting as the single point of contact for client escalated service issues.•
