Oversaw the management, expansion, and delivery of E3 Alliance's solutions, proven, data-driven services, to improve outcomes to tens of thousands of students. The expansion of E3's services impacts education systems at scale and drives revenue generation for our cradle to career and equity objectives in Central Texas. To date, our impact has improved the educational impact of over one million students, developed thousands of educators, and generated millions of dollars in earned revenue to provide organizational sustainability and equity efforts.

Responsible for the strategic planning and successful deployment of RAISEup Texas, supporting E3's equity efforts to provide high performing schools for students that need it the most. RAISEup Texas is a proven and compelling model for transforming school teaching and learning. Based on the University of Kansas Strategic Instruction Model (SIM), RAISEup Texas provides a whole-school framework for teacher planning, teaching of concept mastery and critical thinking for students in all subjects, and effective, integrated interventions for struggling learners. While the SIM model has shown to be effective at individual schools across the country, RAISEup Texas is the first application of SIM in a replicable whole-school model intended to scale to population-level impact across the state of Texas. E3 Alliance launched this expansion effort and hired this position because E3 truly believes that this initiative, done right, can in fact change the education world, and thus all of our futures. To put it simply, the Senior Program Director’s role is to “save the world.”
