 Overseeing Mechanical, Electrical and Planning departments. Implementing of project KPI’s by setting objectives and KPI’s for work teams. Monitoring of outcomes on a continuing basis to ensure compliance with project KPI’s and all stakeholder obligations.  Coordination of planning department on a daily and weekly basis to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of resources – both human and capital.  Acting in manager role from time to time. Assisting manager in achieving project targets. Ensuring plant availability KPI is met over and above target but not jeopardizing safety of team members. Mentor, coach and train direct reports. Demonstrating positive and decisive leadership. Monitoring of employee turnover and take remedial action if required. Assisting with monitoring compliance with budget. Identifying actual and potential budget variations and report these to the OHP Manager. Maintaining effective communication structures and processes including the attendance at regular meetings with stakeholders as required to meet project outcomes. Involvement in Root Cause Analysis. Involvement in Taproot Investigations.
