CU is a distributor of computer software and hardware products with a turnover of over 100 million pounds. The Training Manager was solely responsible for all aspects of development for over 150 staff in the London, Barcelona and Paris offices. Before my arrival, CU had no formal training plan in place, allowing the opportunity to develop a business plan from the ground up. More recently I have been combining training with wider Business Analyst functions and Project Management as demanded by the complexities of the business.

Working with Project Managers on the design and delivery of training, and ongoing support to medical staff. The trust covers four hospital sites, and the training on their PAS (Patient Administration System) was rolled out over each of these
