With nearly thirty years' experience training service and support colleagues, delivering CRM and team leader development programmes, I drive business growth through the key asset of an achieving, motivated and informed workforce that deliver on customer experience.I have a great deal of hands-on experience of managing contact centre departments through step-change, leading to quantifiable improvement in customer experience, cost savings through first call resolution, and boosts in employee engagement and satisfaction. All these things are complimentary and form a virtuous circle around our people - through setting, communicating, and gaining trust in a crystal clear vision.I forge strong community links through business networking, volunteering, and supporting students and young people through numerous interview and work preparation programmes at Teign Academy, South Devon College and other academic establishments. I love these aspects of my job, and they pay dividends by engaging our future workforce early, and by supporting the community we serve.
