As a Senior Estimating & Applications Engineer, I lead daily standup calls to discuss new and existing projects in additive manufacturing (DMLS/DMLM). I review CAD models and drawings to determine if parts are designed for additive manufacturing, and I develope new customer and vendor relationships.I also utilize a costing tool to determine margins and final customer price, and I created and presented quotes and proposals to end customers. I developed a lead time generator that improved lead times to be within days rather than weeks, and I was the first to learn and implement a new ERP system and help roll out the new processes. My mission is to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions for complex and challenging engineering problems.
