I work with 31 West Productions as a videographer during on-location productions of syndicated TV shows such as Expedition Texas, as well as episodic pro-wrestling programs Texas Style Wrestling (streaming) and SWE Fury (syndication) as well as post-production tasks including video editing, graphic design, and writing.

- My freelance work includes branding, merchandise design, and promotional artwork for a variety of clients (including nonprofit organizations, recording artists, and live sports entertainment event promotions).- Specializing in typography, vector illustration, and logo design.

- Videographer, Technical Director, and Post-production Editor of ThinkUp! Studios video content using a Vimeo Livestream Studio digital switcher, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.

- Design projects ranging from marketing collateral, illustrations in select ThinkUp! product pages, promotional merchandise, slides for webinar presentations, and sales support collateral.

I produced promotional media for KLTV 7 and the launch of their online platform East Texas Now, as well as commercial spots for local businesses.

- Directed KIRO 7 newscasts, breaking news events, special broadcasts (including KIRO Seahawks Pre-Game Shows and NCAA March Madness Post-Game Reports), and live webcasts using an Ignite Automated Production System (with Katalyst Panel), Vinten Ramadec Robotic Cameras, ChyronHego ISQ Graphic Playout Control, and iNews Newsroom software.- Coordinated show details, timeline of events, and pre-production needs with Producers and Executive Producers.- Made necessary adjustments to the rundown during live broadcasts as the Producer communicates changes or additions to the show, both as a Technical Director and Assistant Director.- Made executive decisions with the goal of protecting the quality of each show as unexpected events arise (breaking news scenarios, equipment malfunctions, live shot disruptions, last second rundown changes, etc.).- Helped colleagues (Directors, Editors, Master Control, Graphic Producers, R-Comm Operators, Writers, and Digital Team) with pre-production tasks, quality control, and revisions.- Gave verbal direction to in-studio talent during live broadcasts.- Assisted senior Technical Directors prior to and during live broadcasts.- Prepared studio for production (target camera positioning, maintain studio lighting, check wireless mics & IFB packs, and arrange set pieces if necessary).- Wrote show reports that made note of any on-air discrepancies and necessary corrections for future content usage.- Clipped and archived videos of newscasts and show segments for web & social media content using Lakana Content Management.

- Created promotional material and visual identity for KETK-NBC and FOX 51 news, sports, programming, contests, and sponsored content.- Worked on both solo (responsible for Project Management & Production: Concept Creation, Talent Coordination, Location Scouting, Writing, communicating with Voiceover Talent, Lighting Setup, Staging, Shooting, Editing, Music Selection, Graphic Design, and Directing the talent), and team projects (2 or 3 essential functions in the process. - Created graphics for a variety of print products for clients, as well as self-promotional material for the company.- Created vector designs for for screen-printed merchandise (Apparel, stickers, campaign signs, & specialty items) and CAD cut vinyl applications (Car Decals, Vinyl Lettering, etc.) using Adobe Illustrator.- Recreated obscured or rasterized logos and images into a vector format for print production with Adobe Illustrator.- Created print designs and line-produced local commercials for DG Direct (coordinated shots, acquired talent, scouted locations, and scheduled shoot times) under the direction of a KLTV Creative Services Producer.- Served as a line of communication between the print shop ownership and local television stations, in order to initiate commercial trade.- Used Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for projects such as 8-color process apparel prints and CMYK prints (mailers, door hangers, vehicle wraps, posters, cardboard/gatorfoam cutouts, etc.)- Color corrected photographs for enlarged printed and coordinated with the Production department to ensure quality.- Created and catalogued product images (every store brand T-shirt design with every possible pattern, ink color, and shirt color combination) for a website shared between DG Direct and athletic speciality stores Tyler's (Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Houston area) and Racquet & Jog (Tyler area) that allowed for streamlined ordering, production, and shipping.

- Used Adobe Photoshop, Chyron Lyric, and Chyron LUCI to create and broadcast on-screen graphics for KETK & FOX 51 newscasts and special broadcasts (including The Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon for the Tyler/Longview/Nacogdoches market, Northern Texas PGA Texas State Open Golf Tournament, and East Texas High School Football program "Friday Football Fever").- Coordinated graphic production with news producers, reporters, editors, and sports anchors using ENPS Newsroom software.- Worked with the Promotions department to ensure correct on-air use of station branding by Operations, News, and Sports.- Operated Chyron Lyric to display graphics (lower thirds, fullscreens, monitor displays, over the shoulder boxes, etc.) during broadcasts.
