Experienced and adaptable leader with 22 years technical and management experience at various organizational levels. Technical background in numerous communication systems, Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Missile Warning (MW), Nuclear Command, Control, & Communications (NC3), Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment. Led diverse programs, projects, teams, plans, installations, and operations while stationed at six different locations/countries. Knowledgeable of business processes in all Space Force Command Levels and functions. Extensive and documented history of consistent high performance. Over the final 10 years of military service, awarded seven quarterly awards and three annual awards for high performance, technical prowess, and leadership in a highly competitive environment. In addition to individual accomplishments, successfully led subordinates and teams to win various awards, 15 quarterly awards, and 16 annual awards over the same 10-year period.At my current position with LinQuest I am a program manager for a SATCOM tool called Enterprise Management & Control (EM&C). The software based system will integrate all military SATCOM bands (NB, WB, protected) and DOD leased/commercial SATCOM (COMSATCOM) into one tailorable situational awareness, common operating picture. It will also remotely mitigate EMI, automatically allocate/re-allocate resources. I am also currently a program manager for DOD leased mPOWER resources that will become a sovereign service upon installation of DOD gateways/teleports. It will also enable the Protected Tactical Waveform over Commercial (PTWoC) capability. This waveform will provide enhanced resiliency and reliability for tactical users.In my current position I’m also the SpOC COMSATCOM lead contractor SME. I’ve assisted users in acquiring COMSATCOM services, helped author the Space Force’s Commercial Space Strategy, and briefed COMSATCOM capabilities to executive leadership. I also regularly perform work as a liaison between SpOC and organizations such as the JCO, CIC, SSC, DOD CIO, SPACECOM, regional CCMDs, Delta 8, RSSCs, C-SSEs, DISA, HQ USSF, industry leaders, etc.
