As a Leadership Consultant I supported Pi Kappa Phi's national initiatives for organizational growth. Working with a portfolio of 16 local organizations, I coached 32 student officers on recruitment and retention strategies. Additionally, I traveled to various campuses during the '23-'24 school year to expand the mission and values of Pi Kappa Phi by starting new collegiate chapters.

- Provided assistance with the processing and execution of the Fraternity's recognition programs and data integrity efforts using engagement management software.- Assisted with administrative office needs as they relate to alumni engagement, alumni organizations, and events.- Exhibited excellent customer service to members of staff, as well as national volunteers, alumni, student members, and friends of the fraternity.- Engaged in collaborative conversations within my department to troubleshoot challenges, and brainstorm new projects- Drafted and revised organization standard operating procedure documents, with an emphasis on maximizing efficiency.

Inaugural Secretary of Greek Life (2022-2023)- Going into my Senior year at UNC Charlotte, I accepted an invitation to serve as the inaugural Secretary of Greek Life. I’m looking forward to utilizing my advocacy experiences, in conjunction with my Greek involvement, to serve my campus to the best of my abilities. Chief of Staff - Executive Branch (2021-2022)- Facilitated branch communication and dissemination of documents and information- Assisted members of the branch on advocacy campaigns and initiative projects, offering insight from my three years of experience in SGA- Collaborated with advisors, administrators, and staff to effectively execute events and advocacy agendas- Oversaw the management of branch records- Chaired Executive Branch meetings -- prepared and distributed minutes and agendasAssociation of Student Governments (ASG) Liasion (2020-2021)- Served on the UNC Charlotte SGA Executive Cabinet, in a joint capacity between the campus and the UNC system office.- Collaborated with delegations from all 17 institutions in the UNC System, to advocate on behalf of students to the Board of Governors, and other government officials.Senator - Legislative Branch (2019-2020)- In the Legislative branch of the UNCC SGA, I held the seats of At-Large Senator and Senator for the Belk College of Business. - During this time, I held officer positions as the Chair of Internal Affairs, preceded by a year-long term as the Vice-Chair of the Internal Affairs committee. - As a long-standing member of the Internal Affairs committee, I developed proficiencies in writing and amending organizational bylaws. *2019 Legislative Member of the Year

The Student Involvement Ambassador team serves in a multifunctional capacity alongside the Student Involvement Office, under the UNC-Charlotte Student Affairs Department. In my role, I help counsel students who are interested in joining student organizations, facilitate organizational development workshops, and mentor student leaders. In addition to supporting students and student-led organizations, the Student Involvement Ambassador team promotes involvement through social media marketing, event tabling and presentations, and various outreach campaigns. UNC-Charlotte has hundreds of student organizations, which offer overwhelming possibilities for students. Our primary goal is to help our peers navigate involvement opportunities in a way that suits their individual wants and needs.

Performed executive functions, in collaboration with the Executive Council, to ensure the effective administration of the organization. Facilitated all recruitment endeavors for the organization. - Successfully implemented a strategic growth plan which resulted in an approximate 30% increase in membership.- Facilitated semesterly, and 'pop-up' Recruitment Success Workshops to train fellow members on appropriate and effective recruiting practices- Coordinated events with 50-100 guests in attendance, ensuring appropriate allocation of funding in accordance with the organization's budgetDuring my tenure as Vice President, I was nominated and selected to serve on the National Undergraduate Council of Vice Archons, which acts as an advocacy and advisory board for fellow undergraduate members of Pi Kappa Phi. Phired Up offers extensive training on recruiting practices as well as on their Chapter Builder 2.0, relationship management software. In working with Phired Up I obtained a Phired Up Certified Recruiter certificate and developed proficiencies using Chapter Builder. During and since my initial interactions with the Phired Up cohort, I was featured in their publications and invited to share about my chapter's involvement within the cohort program and offer guidance on Greek Recruitment topics as a guest at select virtual events/ conferences.Overall, my position as Vice President provided me with skills related to recruiting, sales and marketing, administrative management, and leading teams.

Maintained accurate records for the chapter and performed administrative functions related to filing paperwork, maintaining and updating rosters, grade reports, etc. via communication with the National office, and campus Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.

In this role, I helped nonprofit organizations and youth sports teams attain financial stability by creating custom plans to help them reach their goals. I stepped down in September of 2021 in order to focus on my education.
