After seven years of working in law enforcement and public-facing roles, I followed my heart and moved to Pennsylvania to be with my fiancée, who is now my beautiful wife Katie. When I arrived in Pennsylvania, I landed a job at Halterman's Toyota/Mitsubishi, where I excelled and discovered my true passion. In 2018, I relocated again, this time to North Carolina, to join Kristin Dillard and Team Auto Group as the Director of Digital Operations. At the time, we had one dealership, our flagship dealership in Salisbury, NC, and recently, our Team celebrated the opening of our seventh dealership! In 2023, after seeing a need for quality outsourced BDC services in the auto industry, we decided to launch Bowtie Solutions, a fractional BDC solution built for dealers, by dealers. In May 2023, I became the Chief Operating Officer of Bowtie Solutions.I have over a decade of experience in Automotive Business Development, working extensively with CRM and DMS technology, as well as managing content and marketing for dealerships. As an Eagle Scout, I possess excellent leadership skills and a strong commitment to serving my community. My hard work and dedication have been recognized through accolades such as the 2013 Bronze Sales Excellence Award and the 2015 Sales Manager Excellence Award, both from Toyota. In 2021, I was honored to be named one of Automotive News' 40 Under 40. I thrive on collaborating and building strong relationships with our clients, employees and industry partners. When I'm not working, I love exploring new places, getting involved with my church and spending quality time with my loved ones, especially my four incredible children. Those closest to me admire my quick wit and neverending library of “dad jokes”.
