I love to identify and resolve problems with authentic communication through tried and tested Coaching techniques. I help to shape, better, and improve both people and businesses. To accomplish this, I focus on the person, their drivers, goals and what outcomes they want to achieve.I have held a varied and eclectic list of roles throughout my career. It all started with a very difficult paper round in the wilds of Surrey at age 11 (I lied about my age). Then onto Law enforcement, investment finance, property management and now as a skills and capability manager for the civil service. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:I can successfully build and improve relationships in all environments.- I put people at the centre of everything.- I am a natural empath.- My gut instincts are very good but I seek clarity through discernment.I can align, lead and grow individuals and teams from 1-100+ people.- I revel in other wins more than my own.- I communicate very effectively. I speak tech, exec and simpleton (where necessary). - I motivate with creative narrative, painting pictures with words.I strive to thrive and be a better person- I am constantly learning because you can never know everything.- I am unflappable and stoically pragmatic.- I have a caffeine habit I’m trying to break!I thrive on meeting new people and understanding the world through their perspective.
