- Dealing with both permanent and contract vacancies within the Engineering and - Manufacturing environments across the whole of the UK - Cold calling prospective clients to establish new contacts - Working within a team of 4-10 personnel - Generating new business by building relationships with Clients.- Negotiating fees, working out solutions and tailoring service to each individual client - Constantly reselling to existing clients and at the same time targeting non user clients in order to gain business - Ensuring KPI targets are met on a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis- Working closely with hiring managers to advise and guide at all stages throughout the recruitment process.- Placing adverts in relevant market journals and publications, job boards and local press.- Involved in negotiating the salary between the client and the candidate. - Head hunting - Establishing, identifying and evaluating clients requirements and needs - Sourcing and managing successful relationships with employer clients - Screening and interviewing potential candidates on telephone and face to face - Negotiating contracts terms and conditions with clients and candidates - Identifying competition in local area and advertising accordingly - Selling candidates to clients and clients to candidates - Making job adverts and promoting them.- Attending meetings with clients at their offices.- Assessing candidates' skills through interviews, tests and background checks - Working to the highest standards to ensure the best suitable match between candidate and client is made to promote long-term retention and repeat volume of business.- Maintaining current records and personal statistics for performance targets review- Typical industries working within: Plastics, Packaging & Recycling, Automotive, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Food processing, manufacturing, general engineering, FMCG and Aerospace
