A mortgage banking executive who has a wide range of operations, and sales, management experience within the industry. Currently responsible for:- Responsible for establishing a regional mortgage lending and servicing company operating in 36 states. - Corporate Qualified Individual licensed in 26 states as an MLO.- Corporate Encompass Administrator and Super Administrator which includes initial setup and configuration for the Company LOS and its personnel by proper designation and implementation of User Names/Passwords, Personas with associated Organizations/Users with related Roles, affiliated User Groups and the Milestones settings needed for proper tracking and workflow. Additionally, setup all applicable Loan Templates, configured Tables and Fees, organized and implemented External Vendor Setup for title services, mortgage insurance, flood service, valuation service, etc. Implemented intermittent Business Rules to enhance functionality. Oversaw testing of setups/implementations in a testing environment alongside the functioning, operational Encompass platform. - Oversight of obtaining and maintaining necessary corporate mortgage/servicing licensing and bonding. Includes management of new licensing filings and approvals, along with all annual renewals. Responsible for ensuring required surety bonding is obtained and in effect.
