Lights Fantastic Project Manager• Manage multiple projects both locally and nationwide • Purchase, schedule and ship material to job sites and warehouse based on the requirements from the general contractor or electrician • Perform take offs and bids from original plans and work through referendums to provide change orders to jobs already in progress • Effectively use metrics and reports to maintain accuracy on large multifamily projects • Work in concert with a smaller group inside the office to schedule ordering material to cut cost on warehousing and freight • Develop new training documents and strategies for incoming employees.

Sales / Cost Estimator • Read architectural blueprints to formulate take offs • Prepare bid packages and itemized price breakdowns to submit to general contractors • Cultivate and maintain working relationships with multiple accounts including core clients as well as ad hoc requests • Coordinate with sub-contractors on deadlines and maintain up to date information and assistance throughout the entirety of the project • Consult with factory representatives and engineers to discuss technical issues and proper hardware usage
