* Provide team and leadership-level coaching across John Deere Financial's (JDF's) Product organization. Emphasis on Product, Lean-Agile and DevOps principles & practices, and in fostering a psychologically safe culture that embraces learning, smart risk-taking and innovation to compete and thrive in the Financial Services industry.* Formally lead a team of Scrum Masters to help drive these practices and cultural norms into the teams' daily work.* For most of 2020, coordinated with peer coaches to help the organization undergo a significant Agile transformation.
