I am an experienced HR professional who has held various roles across the technology spectrum including implementation and administration, business process ownership, and most recently as Founder & Director of Blue Phoenix HR Solutions, supporting and driving success for enterprise and small business customers as an independent consultant.Over my career, I have gained direct experience within learning, professional development, and talent acquisition functions across multiple industries including supporting Federal, State & Local government, Education, Healthcare, IT, Technology, and Professional Services organisations globally. My ability to partner and build relationships with key stakeholders, along with international business exposure and education, allows me to add value through providing diverse recommendations and best practice for customers in order to better define their processes toward successful outcomes for their function and holistically as a business.My education includes a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and a MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster.
