Serving as a Senior Advisor, Strategic Operational Management for the Ministry of the Solicitor General. Responsible for applying human resources management and labour relations knowledge and principles to identify and assess systemic organizational risks and recommending effective mitigation strategies to address these issues with political and organizational acuity. Applying a corporate human resources/labour relations lens to key projects with the potential for broad labour/staffing implications.

Served as a Divisional Strategy Advisor for the Ministry of the Solicitor General. Responsible for providing timely and sound technical corporate labour relations advice/direction that balanced the interpretation and application of collective agreements, policy and operational/fiscal realities to Ministry Executives, while promoting provincial consistency of practice and leading major labour initiatives/projects.

Served as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Ministry of the Solicitor General. Responsible for research, analysis, project management and providing policy recommendations, including strategic direction to address emerging issues while developing and maintaining critical partnerships with a network of stakeholders.

Served as a Portfolio Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Community Safety. Responsible for expert strategic analysis and support in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, while managing the coordination, communication and tracking of issues, initiatives, information, briefing materials and media requests along with related communications products on behalf of the Deputy Minister's Office. Project Lead for two programs within the office including oversight of applications, evaluation and disbursement of monies.

Served as a HR Strategic Business Advisor for the Ministry of the Solicitor General (formerly the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services). Responsible for providing strategic advice, support and Human Resources services - including developing employee engagement strategies, talent management/career development planning and processes, employee relations advice and succession planning to ministry executives to enable clients to achieve key business results.

Served as an Executive Assistant to the Assistant Deputy Minister within the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office throughout the establishment of processes/protocols, timely and clear communication of expectations/deliverables and leading the development of proactive issues management protocols, processes and materials while demonstrating political acuity and effective communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.

Served as a HR Strategic Business Advisor for the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services. Responsible for providing strategic advice, support and Human Resources services to ministry executives to enable clients to achieve their business results.

Served as a Human Resources Advisor for the Financial Services Commission. Responsibilities included providing advice on organizational/job design, content of job descriptions, position administration strategy, recruitment and human resource implications of organizational changes in addition to coaching managers on staff morale issues, crisis management, employee accommodation, succession planning and staff development.

Served as an Assistant HR Advisor providing generalist HR services, advice and assistance to line managers.
