I manage a portfolio of partners responsible for installing home insulation improvements for eligible customers under the ECO (Energy Company Obligation) government initiative. This includes all contract negotiations ensuring best value and risk protection and the creation/presentation of business cases for work delivery approval, allocating budget to partners according to strategy. Responsibility extends to managing delivery forecasts to ensure partners deliver against forecasted volumes and quality is right first time working with stakeholders to ensure efficiency targets and all health & safety, legal and compliance requirements are met.

Managed a portfolio of aggregator, direct broker and online Business Sales (TPI) relationships. Developed solid commercial relationships across the network to optimise sales opportunity and delivered an increase in sales volume, margin and profitable growth. Created and delivered sales plans aligned to acquisition and renewal strategies and managed ongoing channel optimisation. Identified and on-boarded new prospects to optimise new business opportunity ensuring customer service, lifetime-value, commercial and compliance standards were achieved.

Managed the deployment of insurance and heating products. Completed marketing activity including offers, campaigns and digital development. Optimised product awareness and customer journey to achieve product targets and deliver the best customer experience. Designed and managed continuous improvement of product assets and delivered digital and product sales performance reports. Created marketing communication plans and developed/deployed product communications throughout customer facing operations.

Led and developed high performing teams with >20 staff in Residential and Business customer markets in both front and back office environments through teamwork, engaging them with business strategy, customer focus, optimising Customer Service delivery, quality assurance and achieving results. Initiated and supported key roll-out deliverables including new contract and customer account systems, new ways of working, internal restructures and the arrangement of training and coaching support to optimise performance. Managed delivery of HR policies and procedures and mentored staff into management and supervisor roles.
