-Founding member of Korifi team that replatformed Cloud Foundry (CF) onto kubernetes. This included extending kubernetes with custom resource definitions (CRDs) for CF objects, writing controllers to manage these CRDs, and implementing a backwards-compatible CF API driven by these CRDs.- Responsible for extending Korifi to support proprietary build and run backends. Designed multiple solutions and acquired buy-in from internal leadership and external open source collaborators. Planned and managed the development work to achieve the design, including story writing, story acceptance and a large portion of the engineering work.- Led team responsible for automating the manual process of verifying, packaging and shipping software to customers. Designed and implemented an application and CLI to automatically test and deliver incoming changes from many different component teams. This reduced release cadence from 15+ days to 10 days, and allowed the release team to shrink from 6 engineers to 3.- Coached and mentored multiple first-time team leads and product managers.
