I have a master's degree in systems engineering and strong skills in manufacturing process improvement and analytics, which enable me to tackle complex and novel problems with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.Currently, I am the Head of Product for Rider Experience at Lime, where I lead a talented and diverse team of product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts, who are on a mission to make urban mobility more accessible, sustainable, and fun. I own the end to end customer facing product: the Lime app, growth, pricing product, payments and fraud, new experiences and pilots, and growth. I collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and customers to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that increase user retention, engagement, and satisfaction, as well as grow revenue and market share. Some of the recent initiatives that I have led or contributed to include launching new market segments, enhancing the app usability and design, optimizing the pricing and incentives, and experimenting with new features and services.Prior to Lime i spent 8 years at AWS building a data platform to monitor the data centers and servers to improve reliability.
