Tackling all aspects of IT from Mobile Phones to Virtual Hosts & Networking this role has me working in a variety of locations and with lots of different clients. Working remotely and on site I try to get problems resolved as soon as I can. I also advise of suitable IT upgrades and solutions that small to medium businesses require.

The main focus in this role is to provide excellent customer service & support. I aim to fix issues first time and to ensure that the problem does not re-occur, only passing on to higher level support if all my options have been exhausted. This position requires intimate knowledge of Windows and Android devices with limited infrastructure & server experience. I support a variety of applications from IE through to bespoke in-house developed apps. The setup and configuration of desktops, laptops and phones was also part of my responsibilities.
