This requires training all employees including Engineers, Commercial teams and graduates in the use of various BIM enabled software. This along with extensive upskilling in the knowledge of Government guidelines and processes. Preparation of Planning, Building Control and Constructional drawing packages using AutoCADManagement and co-ordination of BIM with Revit Architecture. This has included high end residential projects such as the prestigious One Hyde Park and currently Buxmead, The Bishops Avenue, HampsteadRegularly attending progress meetings and liaising with project consultants during the construction process on a variety of jobs both residential and commercial - Most recently completed Westminster Magistrates Court, Marylebone RoadSourcing, specifying and advising on particular products and materials to meet clients' specific needs. Liaising with manufacturers to ensure correct selection and compatability with other aspects of any given project.
