•Direct contact between Production Team and Closing unit on the customer loan package•Responsible for abiding by commercial policies and relevant regulations in order to optimally support the lending process, and enable RM’s and RA’s to focus on their respective core functions.•Manage Bank owned OREO properties, by working with outside Real Estate Agents/Brokers to list or auction off properties.•Prepare multiple reports for the Special Assets team that manage the workflows of the RM’s and RA’s •Manage the collateral perfection for the Special Assets team by reviewing Mortgages, Deeds of Trust, UCC filings, etc.

•Maintain a Cattle farm of approximately 60 head.•Participate in the Missouri Show-Me Select Replacement Heifer program•Grow crops, Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, on 500 acres in Troy and Silex, MO•Manage a rotational crazing system along with a natural spring development for water

•Spread and analyze corporate and individual financial statements and tax returns•Compile above analysis into formal “loan write up” along with detailed background and collateral description.•Assist Loan Officers with ongoing monitoring of the loan portfolio.•Order and Review Appraisals on all Real Estate Loans.•Perform collateral inspections on new and on-going real estate projects.

•Analyze, Consumer and Commercial financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.•Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results as needed.•Helps all bank customers by answering questions and responding to their requests.

•Provide project support throughout all phases of the job (bid, award, and closeout)•Solicit quotes from vendors and subcontractors to prepare bids for tower sites •Research licensing and permitting requirements for different jurisdictions
