Developed and maintained relationships with 100 independent insurance agencies in the Dallas, TX area. Monitored and underwrote a personal auto and property book of business valued at $75 million in premium. Evaluated agency growth, profitability, and business quality on an individual and account basis.

Investigated, evaluated, and resolved property claims submitted to State Farm. Received an overview of insurance policies and procedures for verifying coverage and concluding claims in State Farm’s centralized claim environment. Evaluated and researched a group project topic and presented our results to State Farm Zone Leadership executives.
