Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer, Matt is responsible for developing and executing strategies across talent management, organizational and performance management, training and on-boarding, and compensation.Overseeing Talent and Human Resources departments, Matt works closely with his team to develop and implement internal systems and processes for attracting, developing, and retaining a strong workforce For Hoover CS across its corporate offices and service centers across the nation. Matt spent more than 20 years with Nalco, working his way up to Director of Human Resources at Nalco Champion, An Ecolab Company, before accepting the CHRO role with Hoover CS in May 2019.
