• Increased sales in high-volume account base by 5.4% year-to-date, when general market was down 4.4%.
• Increased ROI for promotional activation by driving price features, account staff trainings and new product placements and setting more ambitious Key Performance Indicators for direct reports.
• Developed and managed local marketing test program based on new account segmentation. Due to the results, MillerCoors implemented the program nationwide.
