As an Ergonomic Consultant and Project Manager, I spearheaded the launch of an ergonomic consulting arm that generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue within one year. I determine the staffing plan, manage contracts for ergonomic consulting services, facilitate product development studies, and implement process improvements to support the end-to-end project implementation. I also develop and maintain client relationships through constant communication. My role has been instrumental in increasing revenue, enabling efficient resource management, and boosting client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Having served as a Health Navigator and Ergonomic Specialist, I crafted and organized research plans, performed fieldwork, interviews, and contextual inquiry, and distilled findings to make actionable recommendations. I provided project management oversight to a large ergonomic project and the launch of the 2 outpatient clinics. To drive operating efficiencies, I led the digital transformation of manual intensive processes. Some of my achievements include standardizing the ergonomic process for thousands of employees, decreasing reporting time per assessment, and completing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

I inspected, verified, and documented equipment functionality in accordance with maintenance and quality protocols.
