As a Cloud Architect, I worked as part of a team responsible for managing the ContracCloud environment, made up of Nutanix and Hyper-V hosts, alongside hybrid/on-premise server setups, adding up to hundreds of servers, all in live, business critical environments.I provided advice and guidance on cloud or hybrid migrations and builds, ensuring that the end result is best for the customer's requirements. I completed countless successful migrations and server builds in our enterprise cloud platform, whilst proactively maintaining it at the highest standard possible. A selection of projects I completed can be found in the projects section below.Within this role, I was involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of a large amount of hardware, across 5 colocated sites. This includes, but is not limited to VMWare hosts, varying models of WatchGuard firewalls, router configuration, Windows servers - both physical and virtual, and much more.

I joined the expanding service desk team in December 2017 and worked to deliver projects alongside servicing day-to-day internal and customer support requests, working as an escalation point for the team.Primarily working with Windows and Windows Server, I gained further experience in managing multi-domain, multi-customer environments. At this time I also ventured into MacOS support and provision, becoming the escalation point for any Apple related support requests.

As a technical support team leader, I held regular meetings and dealt with customer complaints/escalations, whilst supporting my own team with any issues they might encounter on a daily basis.During my time at Tevalis I became responsible for training new service desk staff and aided with internal IT, whilst liaising with third parties on a daily basis to meet SLAs as well as OLAs. Tevalis offer support for hardware and bespoke software solutions to over 400 unique F&B clients ranging from networks of bars and hotels, to Michelin Star establishments across the globe.

I joined the Tevalis team in August 2016 as an IT technician, gaining hands on experience dealing with customers worldwide. In the fast paced, ever growing service desk, I was quickly appointed the role of team leader in December 2016.
